Coupon Cutter...or Clicker

Who doesn't like saving money?  I definitely have been trying to save an extra few dollars here and there and while it seems counter-productive to save money while shopping, I always feel a proud sense of accomplishment to knock a few green ones off!  My favorite thing about online shopping is that it allows you to use a Coupon Code at checkout.  When I was home over Christmas I shared this million dollar idea with my parents and they were floored.  The best way to approach finding a coupon code is to type in the "store name + coupon code" into a search engine like Google or Yahoo.  For example, enter "J. Crew Coupon Code" and a plethora of results will pop up. You have to patiently sift through them and find something that looks legitimate such as "WINTER20OFF" and enter it into the coupon code box at checkout.  Sometimes they have expired or are not relevant to the item you are purchasing, but if it works you have saved yourself 20%, free shipping or some other discount.  Happy Hunting!

Just some examples of what you might find!

  1. Coupons aren’t just for people who buy the Sunday paper anymore! There is now an impressive array of coupons sites online that offer coupons on groceries, house hold items, toys, and many more. Here are some of my favorites:
